|Recommended: YesBest place for your family and pets. — I have been living here with my wife and daughter for a year and a few months now and we love it here. We feel extremely safe and when we need something fixed or just have questions they are always quick to respond and fix things immediately. If you want to have a peaceful and beautiful apartment this is the place to be. The Cove is my home. They are ran by the Dolben Company and they have made a huge impact on this community since stepping in. They also work with you if you and communicate with you so gently. |Recommended: NoNot worth the money — Impossible to speak to anybody over the phone, get a call back or even an email. Have reached out multiple times over the last 3-4 months about mold in our unit. Not once got a return email, call. Nothing. The rent goes up without warning also without any updates to any units. You pay rent on the 1st and get a utilities charge within the week.
|Recommended: NoStill need repairs — Moved in had some outlets and items not working or missing, been two weeks and everything is still not repaired. My bill is messed up. Everything is done very slowly and seems like the management or maintenance really care. Always told we will get it taken care of.
|Recommended: YesReview — The outdoor portion of the apartment complex is maintained well. Maintenace get the job done in a timely manner. Office is really hard to reach and better access of communication should be provided for the residence for questions.
